Quick-guide to create tickets
Hint:
It is very important to include as much information about what happend, how it happend and when it happen, when reporting errors/creating tickets. The more data we have, the better and faster we can respond to the ticket.
Attachments can be uploaded through the ticket form. Pictures are often times very helpfull to better understand the problem and can also help with understanding faulty positions etc. We can also identify mechanical defects much easier, when we receive pictures of the system.
More data and pictures = better customer service
Option 1: Scanning QR-Codes that are attached to the system:
We have QR-Codes that can be attached to different positions on the system (operator station, electrical cabinets,..).
Simply scanning the code with a mobile device will open our ticket form:
Attachments can be uploaded directly in the ticket form. Uploadlimit per File: 100mb
Option 2: on a webbrowser with a direct link:
If you would like to submit a ticket while using your PC, you can easily do this within your normal browser.
You simply open a browser of your choice, type the link in the search bar and press enter. You can find the link the article "Link and QR-Code" in the BEC-Wiki (this article is only visible to logged in users). Alternatively you can find the link through the QR-Codes on your system (scan it and read the link).
If none of these options work, you can also contact us and we will send you the link.
The procedure is exactly the same as on the mobile device:
Fill out the form -> click submit -> done!
Option 3: Call or Email BEC:
If creating a ticket through option 1 & 2 did not work for some reason, you can always Email or call BEC. We will then discuss the issue and create the ticket manually.
