Searching tickets

When searching for tickets in the customer portal, you have to note the following:

Searching for numbers:

  • If you would like to search for a number that is mentioned in the ticket subject, then you have to add a * before the number
  • If you would like to search for a Ticket ID, you have to search for a number without any additional character

Special character (e.g. #, $, %) cannot be used while searching.
